Where is my order?
A tracking number is emailed within 48 hours of your order shipping. Check your inbox and your spam folder for an email from us.
Typical timeline
- Processing: your order is packed and handed to the carrier
- Delivery: most US orders arrive in 5 to 11 business days
- Some orders take longer during holidays and peak periods
Tracking has not updated in a few days
That is normal during the international leg. Tracking often goes quiet for 2-4 days and then jumps forward once the package clears into the US network.
Will I be charged customs?
No. Duties are paid before your order ships. If any courier ever asks you for money on delivery, do not pay it and email us immediately.

Email contact@novamit.net with your order number. A person replies within 24 hours with a real answer, and if the package is genuinely lost we replace it or refund you.
