Nova Pets started with a simple belief: cats deserve better, and cat owners deserve the truth.
Most pet stores sell you a promise. "Airline approved." "Escape proof." "Loved by 10,000 customers." We looked at that category and decided to do the opposite.
What we do differently
We publish exact measurements. To two decimal places, next to the published limits of the airlines that matter, with the date we checked. So you can verify us instead of trusting us.
We tell you what our products do not do. Our carrier will not fit a cat over 13 lbs. It will not turn an anxious cat into a good traveller. It is not a clean fit on Southwest. All of that is written on the product page, before you buy, not discovered after.
We do not invent reviews. We launched recently and we have very few. We are not going to fake a thousand of them. A store that fakes reviews on day one will fake other things later.
Shipping, honestly
We ship direct from our manufacturing partner in Zhejiang, China. Most US orders arrive in 5 to 11 business days. That is why our carrier costs less than the brands holding US stock.
Duties are paid before your order ships. You will never get a bill at the door.
If something goes wrong
30 days from delivery, full refund. If the problem is size, do not ship it back — tell us and we will sort it. Emails are answered by a person, in under 24 hours.
